INSTRUCTIONS FOR Full PAPER Submission
Submissions for the conference must be made as complete papers submitted through the Easy Chair Platform. The link to the platform is HERE. The deadline for full paper submission has not changed, your paper is expected to pass on reviewing phase by June 1st, 2020. Please consult the section “PAPER CATEGORIES” at the bottom of this page before preparing the paper.

Important note:
Proceedings of the ETRIA World Conference TRIZ Future 2020 will be published in Springer. From this consideration, the publisher is asking us to keep tight the deadline for paper submission.
Alternative publication:
At this edition of ETRIA TRIZ Future Conference, authors have the alternative to decide for publishing their papers in a Special Issue of the Journal Acta Technica Napocensis Series: Applied Mathematics, Mechanics and Engineering (https://atna-mam.utcluj.ro/index.php/Acta/index).
Papers accepted in this Special Issue must be approved and presented in advance at the 20th Edition of the ETRIA World Conference TRIZ Future 2020.

Papers will be submitted using the platform Easy Chair for TFC2020, with an announcement for the intention to publish the paper in the special issue. The alternative publication is organized for those authors who delay their submission on May 15, 2020, or for PhD students who look for publishing in journals that are ISI Web of Science indexed.

The best papers from the conference will be evaluated for publication in the European Journal of Innovation Management (EJIM). This will require a significant extension and organization of the information according to EJIM requirements. This journal is ISI Web of Science indexed (IF 2018: 1.793 Journal Citation Reports® Thomson Reuters, 2019). For details on this journal please see here.
Selected papers from the conference will be considered for publication in a special issue of the Environmental Engineering and Management Journal (EEMJ). The journal is ISI Web of Science indexed (IF 2018: 1.186 Journal Citation Reports ® Thomson Reuters, 2019). For details on this journal please see here.
PAPER CATEGORIES
We welcome equally scientific and best practice papers. Thus, both researchers and practitioners are encouraged to submit original contributions to TRIZ Future 2020 conference (note: TRIZ is the acronym for Theory of Inventive Problem Solving).
Scientific papers deal with fundamental and applied research in systematic innovation, inventive problem solving tools and methodologies, new theories and developments in approaching the resolution of complex problems we are facing in any field of activity. The length of a scientific paper will be between 8 and 12 pages for publication in the conference proceedings. Scientific papers will be indexed in SCOPUS and ISI Web of Science.
Practitioner papers deal with exemplification of TRIZ-related tools application in real life projects. The length of a practitioner paper will be between 4 and 6 pages for publication in the conference proceedings.
